RedGum is our preferred supplier for landscaping materials in Darley and Bacchus Marsh because of their high quality products and excellent service. Nothing is ever a problem for the team at Redgum, even when we are particular about selecting feature rocks or request to combine or separate products…they’re always patient and accommodating with expert knowledge. Their deliveries are so efficient and the drivers can get into a tight squeeze at a job site. Highly recommended!

Great service. I asked some questions over the phone before ordering as I wasn't able to go view the product beforehand. Price was good. There was plenty of availability for a Saturday morning delivery and it arrived right on the agreed time. Driver was professional also. By my calculations the 4m of mulch was spot on also, maybe a little generous.

Service was great, order delivered within 2 hours of making order.Problem is the quality of the product is very poor. This is the second time I have purchased $1000 worth of firewood, the first load was very disappointing, the most irregular sizing I’ve ever seen, majority small useless pieces, some pieces good size, and a lot of oversized pieces that require recutting and splitting. Spending this amount of money on a product the quality should be much better. Discussed with you my disappointment with the first load and was assured the next load would be a lot better, much to my disappointment the second load was just as bad, if not worse. I will never purchase again.Can’t reply to your response, so I’ll just write it here.That’s awesome, I’ll be over on Saturday and I’ll bring the scrap piece’s back with me and “hand pick” what I paid for

I recently ordered some fire wood for the first time from Red Gum, I was amazed by the high level of customer service from the moment my phone call was taken to place my order to the gentleman that delivered the fire wood, the turn around time was impressive with same day delivery, not only was the service impeccable, the quality of wood was second to none, perfect for my home fire place.
